PROPACK offers a range of horizontal cartoners for packing trays, pouches, biscuits, prepared meals and other products into cartons.
Depending on the required output, carton formats and level of automation, different solutions are available: automatic cartoners, semi-automatic cartoners, carton gluers and high-speed models capable of reaching up to 200 cartons per minute.
The machines are equipped with a positive carton opening system using opposing suction cups. Product loading can be manual or automated using dedicated feeding systems or robotic solutions designed according to the characteristics of the products.
