Multi-format horizontal cartoner with manual loading. This cartoner, available for rental, is particularly suitable for packaging delicate products. Its infeed conveyor makes it easy to connect the machine to upstream equipment so that products are automatically conveyed to the loading area.
Operating principle:
From a high-capacity magazine, the boxes are picked one by one by an arm fitted with suction cups connected to a vacuum pump.
They are automatically inserted between the lugs of an intermittent-motion conveyor. Products are manually inserted into the box at the loading station. As an option, a motorized product infeed conveyor can be installed to bring products to the loading area.
The box is then automatically closed with hot-melt adhesive and discharged from the machine.
Production output is 35 to 40 boxes per minute, depending on the type of product.
The cartoner is ideal for packing:
