For packing powdered and/or granular products: flour, pulses, rice, plaster, cat litter, etc., in brick-shaped Kraft paper bags from 500 g to 12.5 kg.
How the ITALPACK Paper Bag Packaging Machine Works
The machine uses 100% recyclable and degradable Kraft paper bags. The product (powdered or granular) is automatically dosed by a screw or cup doser. The dosing unit is installed above a rotary carousel that picks, opens and fills the bags. A highly effective settling system lowers the product level inside the bag. The bag mouth is then pinched, folded, glued and folded down against the bag body, giving it a brick-like shape. A combined version is available for both powders and pulses on the same machine.
