These machines are ideal for fully enclosing products in shrink film. They use a roll of centerfold film. Depending on the required production rate, machines are available with an L-sealing frame or with a continuous sealing unit.
Operating principle:
Products arriving in a single lane are taken over by the machine infeed conveyor. A photoelectric sensor detects the product length and feeds the appropriate amount of film from a roll of centerfold film. The sealing bar descends to seal and cut the film. The wrapped pack is then conveyed to the shrink tunnel.
