Automatic CIEMME cartoner (IMA Group) with integrated feeding.
This new CIEMME cartoner is equipped with an integrated automatic feeding system. Very compact, at less than 5 metres long, it can be easily integrated into a production line while offering a particularly cost-effective solution.
The cartons are opened positively using a suction-cup and counter-suction-cup system, ensuring reliable and consistent carton handling.
In the application shown, the cartoner packs frozen pizzas arriving directly from the production line in a single lane. The products are automatically picked up, positioned and then inserted into the cartons.
