100% recyclable and biodegradable “ZERO Plastic” Kraft bagging machine for the packaging of powder and/or granular : flour, pulses, rice, plaster, litter etc.. in “brick” shaped Kraft bags from 500 gr to 12,5 Kg.
The machine uses 100% recyclable and degradable kraft paper bags! The product (powdered or granulated) is automatically dosed by the screw or bucket doser. This dosing unit is installed above a carousel that ensures the distribution of the bags, their opening and filling. A very efficient packing system lowers the level of the product in the bag. The ridge is then pinched, folded and glued and folded back onto the body of the bag, which then takes the shape of a brick. A mixed version is available for powder and pulses on the same machine!
