The products are conveyed on the infeed conveyor, positioned on a formed cardboard blank and secured with hot-melt adhesive before being wrapped in shrink film.<\/p>\n<p>This packaging solution is suitable for industrial lines requiring a combination of cardboard support, neat presentation and pack protection, depending on the product formats, required grouping pattern and production output.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tray former \u2013 shrink wrapper<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Operating Principle:<\/h2>\n<p>Products arriving in a single lane are taken over by the <strong>tray former<\/strong> infeed conveyor and conveyed to the loading area. At the same time, cardboard blanks are picked one by one, formed and placed on an indexed lug chain. The products are pushed onto the tray. The cardboard edges are folded and closed using hot-melt adhesive.<\/p>\n<p>The pack then enters the <strong>shrink wrapper<\/strong>.
