Cartons are formed automatically upstream by the carton forming machine and then conveyed to the filling area.<\/p>\n
The products to be packed arrive on the line and are handled by the automated filling system. One or more robots pick, count, orient and place the products into the cartons. Additional inspection systems, such as vision cameras, can also be integrated.<\/p>\n
Once filled, the cartons are transferred to the carton closing machine, which closes them automatically. Depending on the version and line configuration, output can range from 30 to 150 cartons per minute.<\/p>\n
