High speed horizontal cartoner <\/strong>100 \/ 200 cartons \/ minute. Servo-driven cartoner with automated size changeover.<\/p>\n

Operating principle :<\/p>\n

The products to be packaged arriving from the upstream machine are automatically deposited in the trays of the cartoner’s infeed conveyor.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the cartons are taken one by one from a large capacity magazine by means of a rotating hypocycloidal motion distributor with positive opening by suction cups and counter suction cups<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The opened cartons are deposited between the cleats of a continuously advancing transport chain which conveys them to the filling area. A series of mechanically operated push-pieces ensure the progressive introduction of the products into the boxes.<\/p>\n

As an option, it can be installed an upper group accompanying the “thousand legs” to maintain the products during the push.<\/p>\n

The case is then automatically closed and removed from the machine.<\/p>\n
