Servo-driven cartoner with program memory and automatic format changeover.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Operating principle :<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The products to be packaged are placed manually or automatically in the trays of the infeed conveyor. This conveyor transports the products step by step in front of the feeder.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the cartons are picked one by one from a large capacity magazine by means of a <strong>positive opening<\/strong> dispenser with <strong>suction cups and counter suction cups<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The opened cartons are deposited between the cleats of an intermittently advancing conveyor chain which transports them to the filling area.<\/p>\n<p>A pusher ensures the filling of the cases.
